Very professional

I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. I understand that people call out, but it would have been nice to know the wait was going to be long, or give the option to reschedule.

First of all...you need to be up front about the details of paying your bill. I paid by credit card but it was never explained to me that that would be a crecit card surcharge. And second...the bill for service needs to be a bit more detailed than it is. I was told I would receive a military discount, however no where on that bill did it indicate/show a discount was given...so was that a lie or was it hidden somewhere covered up with other "fees" I was very disappointed with this :hidden" agenda. And I was told I should have read a sign about the credit card fee...but never saw one and no one pointed it out. Very poor communication.

The service was performed in a timely manner. Before I picked my car up, it was given an exterior wash and looked better than it did when I dropped it off. One less thing to do after I picked it up.

My appointment was taken on time; the service was completed in a timely manner; service team member was very helpful and friendly!!

Way better than 6 months ago the last time I went.

Car was making a weird sound and it was fixed in a couple of days.

Was able to get an appointment the next morning. Service was fast and I was informed of the progress.
